The second is free forging, which is suitable for non-standard manufacturing, single piece production of large and small size forging, as well as titanium alloy forging and low-carbon alloy steel varieties. The third type is press forging, which is suitable for forging high-pressure parts, turbine blades, military turbine discs, high-temperature and high-pressure alloys, and key components for nuclear power.
The heat treatment circle/company has three long-term cooperative heat treatment suppliers, equipped with multi-purpose furnaces, high-temperature furnaces, box furnaces, well furnaces, surface quenching furnaces, high-frequency furnace treatment, shot blasting machines and other heat processing equipment. The company's product heat treatment includes spheroidization annealing, normalizing treatment, solution treatment, carburizing+quenching.
The company also has three core cooperative mechanical processing companies, all of which have complete mechanical processing and testing methods. Such as machining centers, coordinate measuring machines, milling and boring machines, and five coordinate machining centers. After long-term cooperation, both parties have a good willingness to cooperate and seek mutual benefit and common development. If the demand for production increases, the company can leverage the processing capabilities of its partners to increase production capacity several times to meet customer needs and provide high-quality and efficient services.
