Precision Foundry Operations

With 25 years of specialized experience, our foundry operates two dedicated investment casting lines. This setup delivers a monthly output of 80 tonnes of valve castings–equivalent to approximately 2,000 sets of API-10 standard valve cones and lock nuts.

Advanced Heat Treatment

Five controlled-atmosphere furnaces enable:  

• Microstructure optimization for enhanced machinability  

• Custom cooling protocols (including air quenching)  

• Targeted hardness profiles (surface or core)
